Fractions homework...
Can you answer these questions in your books, try and show your working out & leave the fractions in their simplest form...
1) 1/3 +2/5
2). 2/7+ 3/5
3). 3/5 - 1/4
4). 14/15 + 3/5
5). 11/20 + 5/6
6). 3/4 x 2/5
7). 3/7 x 2/9
8) find two fractions that add together to make 3/4
9) find two different fractions that multiply together to make 8/9
10) what about 3/4 divided by 1/2?
